The Arc strives to enable men and women with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential and that includes entering the workforce.  We provide a staff Employment Specialist to assist with securing and maintaining employment. The Arc owns two buildings and leases them to qualified providers who develop and implement job training, coaching, employment programs, and day habilitation programs.  Being employed adds to our community, our clients self esteem, and keeps them active.
